The 2013 Income Limits for the Single Family Guaranteed Loan Program have been published with an effect date of January 22, 2013. To review the income limits by state, please click here USDA income limits.
Keep in mind these are the household income limits based on family size and the county the property is located in. The USDA calculates income in specific ways, and sometimes will calculate figures differently than a lender will for loan approval purposes.
If you have specific questions with regards to how your income would be calculated and whether or not you are within the limits for the USDA Guaranteed Loan Program, you should contact a USDA approved lender in your area.
